Photos of the Leping Orphanage
May 1999 and May 2000
"Our daughter was adopted May 18th, 1999 and we were fortunate enough to receive photos taken from the camera that we sent ahead of time. The photos were taken late in April or early in May. The first seven are of the old orphanage and I believe the last photo is of the new orphanage." (AW)
And a mother adopting in May 2000 received the following photos when the one time use camera she'd sent with a family traveling earlier was returned to her:
