We stayed at Fuzhou RuShui Forest hotel during the summer of 2011. It was a fantastic hotel with very reasonable prices. They had people polishing the marble floors all day long. Make sure to stay in the new section. It is right on a park that is very pleasant to walk through. I had the best noodle dish ever there. It was very very reasonably priced. It is also across the street from a museum for Wang Anshi. (Thea)
